We all know we could benefit from more exercise. The health consequences of an inactive lifestyle are truly frightening. Muscular atrophy, thyroid and endocrine dysfunction, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, loss of calcium from bones, type 2 diabetes, fatigue, lower energy levels, and reduced heart function are some of the problems associated with not getting enough excercise. We all have our reasons for failing to excercise regularly. We have busy schedules and hectic lives. It makes it difficult to find time to do the right thing for ourselves. Let's face it, if you don't enjoy it you are not going to stick with it. We will provide you with a different and challenging workout everyday. Say good-bye to gym boredom and hello to a new, physically fit you. Having a strong support group will be single most important element to meeting your fitness and weight loss goals. The women in the camp will be there for you, and because we share the same goals it is a great opportunity to make new and lasting friends.

You will receive nutritional guidance and motivation from certified fitness instructors that will help you reach your fitness goals.
